Health, Safety, Environment and Community

The management and Board of Nexus recognise that strong management and performance in health, safety, environment, and community (HSEC) issues is a significant contributor to solid, sustainable financial performance. This means having an effective health, safety, environment and community culture throughout the organisation, providing a safe and healthy workplace for employees, being a responsible steward for the environment and a good neighbour within the community.

Nexus's HSEC team and management have been working hard to demonstrate to employees, contractors, shareholders, industry peers, external stakeholders, regulators and community members that Nexus is serious about getting HSEC right. The HSEC Policy was released in April 2006 and reflects our commitments and ambitions to be an industry leader in the area of HSEC.
